St. Austell is a small family Guest house with a relaxed atmosphere situated only 2 minutes walk from Sandown Railway Station
and 10 minutes walk from the beach and town.
Established since 1982 we offer bed and full English breakfast on a daily or weekly basis and are open from Easter to September.
All rooms have hot / cold hand basins, tea and coffee making facilities, and own keys for access to the house at any time of the day.
There are shared bathroom / shower / WCs. Most rooms have
central heating.
The dining room has separate tables and a visitors' television lounge is available at all times.
Smoking is permitted, except in the dining
room.
